Description

Originally listed as 786 E 25th Avenue, 25th Avenue was changed to King Edward Avenue in 1929. Built in 1926-1927 for Mrs. M. Vincenzi, members of the Vincenzi family lived in the home for over 80 years.

The house underwent restoration (restoring the drainage, replacing the front door and sidelights, and repairing and restoring the main floor porches, and eastern and northern exterior stairs) with the assistance of 2004, 2005, and 2006 VHF Restore It grants.
