Description

Built in 1911, this building first appears in listings as 788 only in 1930, likely because it was part of South Vancouver until the amalgamation in 1929.

The first owner listed in 1930 was Mr. Ball, a carpenter and his wife, Roselina. They lived in the home until at least 1955.

Building description: gabled vernacular – the house is hidden away in its own private forest. Peeping through is a gable roof, green shiplap exterior, two double hung windows, bay windows, a right side entrance with a staircase and small porch. The archival image in the gallery is equally obscured by foliage.
