Description

This two and a half storey classic box style dwelling was designed and built by carpenter James E. Wright in 1901 for $150. Wright lived here until 1907 when real estate manager Charles R. Knusdon occupied the dwelling. The dwelling was at various times home to ministers, including Reverend Daniel Spencer in 1910 and Reverend Andrew Lam in 1954, who was a Priest serving the Good Shepherd Anglican Chinese Mission on the 700-block of Keefer Street.
