Description

This one and half storey home was built in 1900 by Ontario born carpenter Harvie Robertson shortly after he arrived in Vancouver. Robertson owned a tent and awning business at 20 Cordova Street.

This building was home to many Chinese families, including the Yuen family, Sam family, the Ng’s, the Wu family, and finally Kam Lun Lam, who lived here from 1971 until 1992 with his family.

In 1992 the home was subdivided and the directory the following year lists 4 tenants in the home.
