Description

This one and a half storey dwelling is a good example of local architecture. It is a classic wood-frame home with a large bay window, clapboard siding, and patterned shingles.

The house was built around 1903 by carpenter George M. Chance. The first resident listed in 1905 was Charles Taylor, a fisherman. Subsequent residents included a Swedish immigrant, Oscar Enockson and Hannah Paterson, a widow.
