Description

885 Broughton was built in 1903, in a group of four identical flat front houses. They were possibly built for the speculative house market of the day. Dr. R.C. Boyle owned these houses. Bedford Davidson designed this Edwardian Builder style house.

Architectural details include: a hipped roof, an unusual side bay, expansive porch overhang on the verandah, coloured glass window on the side stairwell.
