904-906 Cardero St

904 – 906 Cardero was built sometime around 1901-1902. Heritage Register files indicate that it was built in 1901 but there is no address for this date around this time. However, in 1912, fire insurance maps and city directories show a house on this property. The 1912 occupant was John E. Elliot, buyer at McLennan, McFeely & Co., a wholesale goods and ship’s chandlery located in Gastown.
