This large Craftsman house has stained glass; heavy wood brackets; half timbering in the gable; clapboard on the 1st storey and shingle on the 2nd storey. There is a building permit dated 1913 for a $3,000 house on this property. The builders were Hudson and Winkle. The owner was Leslie W. McEwan. In 1916, a Mrs. Arbuthnot lived at the rear of the property.
