This classical box style house was built between 1901 and 1905. The house may have been occupied in 1901 by A.E. Thorley, bookkeeper, or Thomas Pearl in 1906. Architectural details of note are clapboard shingles and a front gabled bay window with scalloped shingles in the bay.
