993 Broughton St

This clapboard sided house was built sometime before 1911, but no specific details have been found about its builder or exact date of construction. City directories tell us that in 1911 and 1912 Max W. Cone lived in the house. The house is wood frame, with wood trim and wood façade. It has a large shed dormer, large eaves and projecting square bays on the front and south sides.
