2310 Stephens St

Along with its neighbour at 2308 Stephens Street, his cottage style home was also built in 1913 by owner/architect/builder H.C. Woodcock. Of the three dwelling houses, two-storey frame residences, these two remain on the block and are the only ones in the 2300 block of Stephens Street on the Heritage Register. In 1913 a Lewis Potter lives here, then in 1914 it is vacant and in 1915 a Louis A. Mossic (sp?) applies to add office space.
